Brother and sister
Millusions® team, Andy! G. Kozlowski and Margaret (Gosia) Kozlowski Van Horn, have been working for the core company, A.M. Precision Machining, Inc. for as long as they both can remember.  After they each earned their college degrees,  they both decided to join their parents in the business to help bring it to the next level.  Andy! and Gosia bring a unique aspect to the business because they are both very creative.  To add diversification to the core company, in 2003, Andy! invented the Millusions® process.

Andy!'s Millusions® invention is a proprietary process of machining holographic images into metals. This brings an exciting new era into metal finishing.  To date, the most popular metal finishing has been brushed aluminum, engine-turned, or diamond-plate designs. This type of metal finishing has been very popular within the Hospitality and Architectural Industries.  Our Millusions® process supercedes what has been available to date because Millusions® offers the unique opportunity for clients to replicate their logo, any graphics, texts, or patterns directly into a metal surface.  Millusions® is NOT a laminate and it is typically coated with an easy to clean durable high luster coating to provide protection and brilliance to our product.

Since the invention of
Millusions®, we have had great success in the bar and nightclub industry, which opened the door for us to be featured in the Coca-Cola® trade show booth in 2006 and 2007 at the National Restaurant Association Show.

Millusions® has won NeoCon's Best of Show Award in 2004 and has been featured in Club Systems International Magazine, Food Industry News, Veranda Magazine, and Design Journal Magazine - just to name a few.

Millusions®
literally comes to life when viewed under halogen or LED light sources.

Millusions® designs travel and pulsate across the surface, multiply themselves, and grow deeper than the material thickness as they are viewed from different angles, using either multi-colored, single colored, or non-colored lighting.  The higher the light intensity of the halogen or LED, the more exhilarating the effect will be.  The following are suggested lighting solutions for some of Millusions® applications to promote the product’s finest potential:
Wall mounted designs can be optimally viewed and enjoyed by using rotating, multi-colored halogen lamps.  The motion of the rotating lights on a stationary design will reveal the multi-faceted brilliance of the design.

Stationary halogen or LED lighting, non-colored or colored, offers the viewer to explore the nuances of the design for himself, such as when seated at a Millusions® table, or when near a wall design.  As the viewer moves around the design, the stationary lighting is refracted at different angles to create various Millusions®.

If halogen lighting does not produce sufficient ambient lighting for safety, be sure the halogen or LED lamp is focused on the design.  Use incandescent lighting rather than fluorescent lighting, if possible, for providing a safe amount of lighting as needed.
